These private pools conform to current French safety standards (law of 03/01/03 , clauses R128-1-4 of the building & living accommodation code).
You should nevertheless be aware that tenants are responsible for the use they make of such swimming pools.

If you are thinking of staying in accommodation with a swimming pool, you must be prepared to exercise vigilance and to supervise constantly the pool and everyone who can access it, particularly young children.
