DescriptifGîTE DU LAVOIR : Jocelyne and Philippe welcome you to the Gîte du Lavoir in Filain, a little village in the Ailette valley, below the Chemin des Dames. The owners are happy to share their great interest in this important historical site and to accompany you there should you so wish.
Votre environnementGîTE DU LAVOIR : The gîte is a sympathetically converted barn offering accommodation on 2 floors, located in the village centre, close to restored village wash house. 800 sq. m. private, fenced garden. 16km from Laon, 17km from Soissons & 2km from the Axo'Plage leisure centre on the lake at Monampteuil. Ground floor: open plan living area (kitchen/dining room), utility room, WC.|1st floor: lounge, 3 bedrooms (double bed) (double bed) (2 single beds), bathroom (bath & shower), WC. Bed linen and household provided, beds made on arrival. Towel hire: 4€/person. Optional cleaning charge: 50 €uros. Electric heating (underfloor & radiator panels). Firewood (1st basket free). Tumble drier. DVD and stereo.
