Ground floor: kitchen opening onto living room/lounge (Godin wood-burning stove), separate room (tumble drier), WC. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (two 90x200cm beds in each - can be used as king-size bed or 2 singles), shower room/WC. Oil-fired central heating: 30€/week, 15€/weekend (01/11 to 31/03), 10€/week, 9€/weekend (01/04 to 31/10). Extra charge for firewood: 10€/basket (first basket free). No charge for bed linen and beds made on arrival. Towels: 4€/person. Fixed charge for cleaning (optional): 40€. Bikes available free of charge. Fixed line telephone for emergency calls.
