The gîte is near Soissons and Condé Fort. Why not go walking in the Picardy countryside, play tennis on the village courts or just relax and enjoy a rest?

Grd. floor: hall, living room, lounge, kitchen, WC. 1st floor: shower room, 3 bedrooms (double bed, 2 singles, 1 stowaway). 2nd floor: bedroom with private bathroom (double bed, cot), WC. Bed linen hire: 6€/set. Towel hire: 4€/person. Optional cleaning cost: 50€. Oil fired central heating: 50€/week, 30€/weekend (Oct-April), 30€/week, 15€/weekend (May-Sept). Charge for firewood (after 1st basket free). Private interior terrace.
