DescriptifElgeline : Enjoy a great holiday in this Eco-friendly gîte where you will be impressed not only by the warm welcome but also by its respect for nature and the environment. There are hillside vineyards as far as the eye can see, so be sure to taste some of the local Champagne. Magnificent views over the vineyards can be had from the Mont de Bonneil or the Cote 204 war memorial in Château-Thierry. Once there, be sure to visit the memorials at Belleau and the town of Château-Thierry with its narrow, cobbled streets, museum dedicated to Jean de La Fontaine and falconry displays within the castle walls.
