Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, sitting room, WC. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds, 1 cot), shower room, WC.Unfenced garden with lake (400 sq m by lake plus shared courtyard of 2,500 sq m behind gîte). Bed linen: 6E/set. Towels: 4E/person. Household linen: 4E/person. (Optional) cleaning charge: 50E. Oil-fired heating: 70E/week, 40€ weekend from nov to april and 50€/week, 20€/weekend from may to oct.

Do not hesitate to contact them if you need more information.Fishing all year round. 3,000 sq. m. lake opposite the gîte, with carp, gudgeon, tench and roach. Ledgering, cast fishing.
