DescriptifChez Ferréol : Are you looking for a gîte with a soul? With interior décor that's a bit different? Then come and enjoy a relaxing holiday "Chez Féréol", the gîte owned by Babeth and Gilles. It's on the Champagne Tourist route, not far from Paris or Disneyland. The owners have really put their hearts into the décor and hope that you will like the rustic look and feel of the bedrooms, dining room ,etc. Possible activities in the area include: a cruise down the river Ourcq, walks along the Clignon or in the Retz forest, a trip along the Champagne Tourist route, stopping at wine-growers' cellars to taste their famous wine!

Located in village 4 km from Crouy sur Ourcq. Ground floor: lounge/dining room, kitchen, shower room, WC. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 being an adjoining child's room (1 double bed, 3 single beds, 1 cot). Bed linen: 6€/set. Towels : 4€/person. Optional cleaning charge : 40€. Oil fired central heating : 60€/week from 01/10 to 30/04 and 35€/week from 01/05 to 30/09. Wood-burning stove. Firewood (extra charge). 2 bikes available (contribution towards cost expected).
