DescriptifLa forge : You are sure to fall in love with this gîte, a charming traditional Thiérache house with modern décor and superb half-covered swimming pool. Its most unusual feature is a dining room in the old smithy! Spend winter evenings by the fire toasting marshmallows! In summer, relax in the attractive garden, tour Thiérache villages and countryside, and go as far as the medieval town of Laon!
Votre environnementLa forge : Renovated, two storey house at centre of village 15km from Laon. Private fenced garden (1,000 sq. m.), terraces including a covered one, 2 garages. Ground floor: large living area with open-plan kitchen, lounge, study, bedroom with disabled access (double bed, en-suite shower room/WC), WC. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (160x200cm bed, single folding bed) (3 single beds), lounge and children's play area, bathroom, WC. Bed linen supplied at no extra charge, beds made on arrival. Towel hire: 4€/person. Cleaning at end of stay included in rent. Oil-fired heating: 80€/week, 40€/weekend, 15/09 to 15/05 and 40€/week, 20€/weekend, 15/05 to 15/09. Extra charge for firewood.
