Cottage: kitchenette, lounge, shower room/wc, 1 bedroom (2 single beds) all on ground floor. Barn: sitting/dining room with open kitchen on ground floor. 1st floor : 2 bedrooms (1 king size bed, 2 singles), bathroom. Private fenced garden (1,000 sq. m) with direct access to a small river. It was the miller's house for over 30 years and has retained all of its old fashioned charm. Its "sparrow-stepped" gables are typical of the Soissonnais area. The undulating, wooded garden runs down to a stream. The barn has exposed stone walls and there is a little stained glass window in the lounge.
