DescriptifGITE SAINT-NICOLAS : Old renovated house, located in the village, between Paris and Brussels, 36 km from Laon and 53 km form Reims. Private ground. Ground floor: hall, kitchen, lounge/dining room, WC, bathroom, utility/boiler room with access to terrace. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (queen-size bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (double bed), shower room, WC. Outside: large terrace and lawn (260 sq. m.), covered area (26 sq. m.), enclosed parking. Covered swimming pool (25 sq. m.), security fence, not heated, open 1st May to 30th September. (Swimming pool closed for maintenance from 8pm on Fridays to 10am on Saturdays.) Bed linen: 6€/set. Towels: 4€/person. Fixed optional cleaning charge: 50€. Oil fired heating charge based on consumption. Extra charge for firewood.
